Damian Nenow is a film director, scriptwriter, and member of the European Film Academy.

He directed three acclaimed animated shorts, including “Paths of Hate” (2010), which was short-listed for the Oscars, screened at over 100 festivals, and won more than 30 awards. He also directs advertisements and special projects, such as “City of Ruins,” a digital reconstruction of wartime Warsaw that won the Muse Award in 2011.

Nenow has worked on cinematic trailers for video games like Skull and Bones and Watch Dogs. His feature film Another Day of Life, based on Ryszard Kapuściński’s book, won the European Film Academy Award for Best European Animated Film. The movie premiered at the 2018 Cannes Film Festival and received multiple international prizes, including the Audience Award at the San Sebastian Film Festival.
