Konrad Rydlewski steps in as Head of Production at DOBRO
We are excited to share that Konrad Rydlewski steps into the role of Head of Production at DOBRO. His appointment is not only a recognition of his journey but also a clear statement of intent for the future of our production team.
Konrad began his career with Platige Group nearly a decade ago, working on projects that shaped Polish pop culture such as Allegro’s “Polish Legends” and early explorations of “The Witcher” (then planned as a feature film). He has been honing his skillset since the very foundation of DOBRO, being a vital part of the team and contributing to campaigns for international brands like McDonald’s, Porsche, XTB, and Orange.
Now, he steps in to lead the production team with both experience and fresh ambition. For Konrad, true production leadership means staying ahead of challenges, not just reacting to them. He believes that with clear strategy, strong logistics, and seamless teamwork, creative ideas can be pushed further and executed better.
Technology is central to his vision. According to Konrad, artificial intelligence should be an endless source of inspiration and a catalyst for innovation. Under his direction, DOBRO is creating dedicated teams focused on automation and generative AI. These groups are developing new creative workflows that combine the latest technology with live action, aiming to set new industry standards.
Yet for Konrad, it all comes down to people. What motivates him most is building a team that trusts one another, is willing to experiment, and can turn bold ideas into campaigns people remember. He wants clients to feel that energy every time they work with DOBRO.
